Hilton Engineering Corp. started as a sole proprietorship in 1985 by engineer Hilton Perez. In September 1986, the business was incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as Hilton Engineering Corp. (HEC) Engineer Perez started in sales and installation on boilers. HEC are manufacturer’s representative on instrumentation, boilers and pump products; also performs inspection on pressure vessels and boilers; air and water environmental projects as consultant.
The
operation started with a $5,000 bank loan and with very efforts on
sales has developed to a $10 million revenue operation. The company has
shown steady growth since its founding. Reinvesting the cash generated
by operations and by securing bank loans and lines of credit financed
the development. Engineer Perez owns 100 percent of the stocks.

performed larger projects for industrial and both local and Federal
Government, the Caribbean and, Central America. The Company is
positioned and ready for further growth. Our goal is to increase
revenues to over $15,000,000 during the next three years by securing
lager contracts with industrial, local and Federal Government agencies.

Corp. carries a five million comprehensive liability insurance with
Seguros Triple S, Inc. HEC has ASME Stamps “S” for boilers fabrication,
“U” for pressure vessels and “R” from National Board Inspection Code
for repairs. The US Small Business Administration certified the company
as a fully qualified minority-owned mechanical contractor and a HUB Zone operated company.
